Lake: Shabumeni
Dates: 5/24/08-5/29/08
Group: Thompson
Report: The fishing was outstanding. Steady action all day long. Several anglers landed over 100 fish in a day. Lots of 16-22 inch walleye caught at the outlet (LOTS!). One boat landed appro. 170 the day before we flew home. Northerns still havent moved in, 24 inch biggest walleye, 30 inch pike. The water falls at the north end of the lake is a great place to visit for a shore lunch-picturesque setting to say the least.
